  • The Board and General Manager & CEO make up the top management team of the Cooperative, and as such maintain a close working relationship, giving and receiving information to assure decisions affecting the Cooperative are made in a timely manner and move the Cooperative in a positive direction toward achieving its objectives.

To become a board member:
  • The upcoming Nominating/Member Meetings are the first step to becoming a member of the board. Once a member has been nominated either through a nomination or a petition, then the member’s name is placed on the ballot at Annual Meeting and voted on by the members attending the meeting.
