Steffes Boiler

This boiler system stores heat in the brick during off-peak periods and then pulls the heat from the bricks to heat your home at a 42% savings on the Off-Peak Rate with the 2-Gang Meter Base.  The Steffes boiler can be used as a stand-alone boiler or with an Air-Source Heat Pump (ASHP) to provide central air-conditioning during summer months and heating during those Spring and Fall months before the air gets below 20º outside.  Off-peak electric heat compares to propane at 86¢/gal., fuel oil at $1.29/gal., or natural gas at $1.34/therm.

In-Floor (Radiant Tubing) Heat Bank
