We're looking for skilled, safety-focused Journeyman Lineman who take pride in their craft, value teamwork, and are ready to help deliver reliable electric service to our members.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead and underground electric distribution systems.
• Respond to outages and restore power safely and efficiently, including during storms and other emergencies. 
• Perform energized and de-energized line work in accordance with established safety practices and procedures.
• Operate specialized equipment, including bucket trucks, digger derricks, and other line construction equipment.
• Work collaboratively with fellow crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. 
• Help maintain system reliability while delivering exceptional service to our member-owners. 
• Take pride in doing the job right—every time. 

What You Bring 

• Journeyman Lineman qualification or completion of an approved apprenticeship program. 
• A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
• Experience in electric distribution line construction, maintenance, and outage restoration. 
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather and perform physically demanding work. 
• Ability to work at heights and safely operate line trucks and related equipment. 
• A valid commercial driver's license (CDL), as required for the position. 
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, overtime, and storm restoration efforts. 
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in serving your community.
