Beginning September 15, 2025, all members using Auto Pay will be required to update their stored card information to include the CVV (card verification value). This is typically a 3 digit security code located on the back of your card.
Please note: you will not be able to update your card information until September 15. After the date you must log in to SmartHub or contact Member Services to enter your CVV code and complete the update.
**After September 15, unless your card is updated, Auto Pay will be declined and you may be at risk for late payment or service disruption.**
This change is being implemented as part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our members' personal and financial information secure. The CVV is a critical security feature that helps prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience, but your protection is our top priority.
