All proceeds directly supports members facing challenges in paying their electric bills. Through the Member-to-Member Fund, Northwestern REC members can receive up to $300 annually to help cover their electric bill.

The Luck, Layers, and Lattes Raffle is one of the ways we raise funds for the Member-to-Member program. Every dollar raised remains in northwestern Pennsylvania, supporting your local community!
